**Where are the apartments?** La goccia di San Gennaro and La Napoli Sotterranea are in the historic centre of Naples, between the Duomo and Via dei Tribunali. Rosa Tower is a villa in Praiano, on the Amalfi Coast, between Positano and Amalfi.

**What time is check-in?** In Naples from 2pm, self check-in with a keypad or coded lock: arrive at any time after check-in opens. At Rosa Tower from 3pm to 11pm, welcomed in person. Check-out is by 10am everywhere.

**Is online check-in required?** Yes: Italian law requires every guest's ID for the police registration. Before arrival you get a link to add it in a minute.
